This Privacy Policy explains how Concours Coach SHL (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use https://www.concourscoachshl.com (the “Service”), an independent practice platform for interactive reasoning tests, offered under the Concours Coach brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the European Commission, the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO), any other EU institution, body or agency, or SHL Group.
Who is responsible
Coach Tech Ventures (Bangladesh), trading as Concours Coach SHL, decides how your data is used and is the data controller. Contact: support@concourscoachshl.com.
Every visit is recorded
We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to see how the site is used and to find and fix problems. It records every visit to this site, from the first page, whether or not you have an account. There is no consent banner, so this applies from the moment a page loads. PostHog collects the pages you visit, what you click and scroll, your browser, device, approximate location derived from your IP address, and recordings of your visits, the test screen included. Every value you type is masked, so no email address, code or payment detail typed into a form appears in a recording.
If you are signed in, these records are linked to your account identifier and your email address, so that we can help you when you contact us and see which parts of the Service help people prepare. We use what we learn to improve the site. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and improving it.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address when you create an account. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to that address, so we never ask you for a password and never store one.
- Practice activity: the tests and questions you attempt, your answers, when you sat them, your scores and progress, so we can show your results, show where your score stands, and improve the Service.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. We do not see or store your card details; we receive only confirmation of your purchase and your plan.
- Technical and usage data: cookies needed to keep you signed in, PostHog's analytics cookies, standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and reliability, and the visit records described above.
How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
- To provide the practice tests, mark your attempts and track your progress.
- To compare your score with the other timed scores on record. This uses scores only, never names or email addresses.
- To process payments and manage your access to paid content.
- To send account emails (sign-in codes, receipts) and occasional emails about your practice, which you can stop with one click.
- To understand how the Service is used, fix problems and improve it.
- To keep the Service secure and to comply with legal obligations.
The legal basis is the contract with you for running your account, your tests and your access, and our legitimate interest for analytics, score comparison and security.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that help us run the Service:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and account storage.
- Dodo Payments: payment, as merchant of record.
- Resend: sending sign-in codes and our own emails.

How long we keep it
While your account exists. Payment records are kept as the law on accounting requires. You may ask us to delete your account, and its practice and analytics records, at any time.
